Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.

Can I find out if you will be getting replacement stock on items that have sold out?
Although some of the products on our website sell out quickly, we update our site regularly. You can register to receive a notification when the item is back in stock by clicking on the "Notify Me When Available" link on the product page.

Can I use more than one discount offer on my order?
Certain promotions can be combined with other offers, such as free shipping.

Why doesn't my promotional code work?

What is your returns policy for internet purchases?
You can return unworn internet purchases via post within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items via post after this time. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

I didn't get a returns form, how do I return my item?

I returned my order, how long will my refund take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your refund to reach you.
